Waste Warriors - Manager - Strategic Partnerships & Growth Hacking (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for a Manager for Strategic Partnerships and Growth to join our ambitious team! You'll take a leap towards our goals for new partnerships and supporters, new proposals and innovative programs, and dedicated fundraising to take us to new heights.
This role needs an attentive self-starter who understands that working towards waste management solutions means being street-smart, being great at building relationships, and communicating concisely and brilliantly, from pitch decks to multimedia campaigns.
You'll work closely with our leadership team and the field teams who implement our programs to understand challenges from the ground-up. You'll also work with our Communications team to showcase our impact to stakeholders and supporters
Skills and Abilities :
Project Management :
- Strong with financials & budgeting
- Excellent communication skills
- IT Tools - Develop and manage Donor Management System, etc
- Networking and relationship building across different levels
- Fundraising - retail and institutional
- Think strategically & critically.
- Self-starter, ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
- Sense of ownership towards work.
- 3+ years experience in consulting, fund raising or project management at reputed organizations, preferably with international exposure.
- Experience in waste management or the related field will be given preference.
- Personal integrity, passion and resilience to fit into the Waste Warriors culture.
- Willingness to learn the nuances of the solid waste management sector.
- Access to your own computer is absolutely necessary.
