About Role :
- We are looking for a curious and energetic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive overall marketing strategy and execution.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Develop, execute and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print and events.
2. Conduct Market research to identify target segments and opportunities.
3. Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our products, ensuring clear differentiation in the market. Foster brand awareness while educating target audiences on the products and services.
4. Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights.
5. Collaborate with the design and content team to create effective campaigns
- Work closely with the sales teams to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.
6. Cultivate a strong online community of engaged customers, providing support, sharing insights, and gathering feedback to inform product development.
7. Maintain marketing CRM to enable the organization to respond directly to pressing customer concerns.
8. Collaborate with external agencies and partners when required.
Requirements :
1. Strong understanding of digital advertising platform tools and best practices
2. Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to build and execute cross-functional marketing programs
5. Experience working with Excel (Data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
6. Ability to understand data and metrics to drive improvements
