Waltr - Executive - Sales (0-4 yrs)
About Role
We are looking for an ambitious and high-energy sales manager, to lead and support the sales and marketing team and implement sales tactics to achieve the company's revenue and growth targets.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Sell Waltr Products (internet-connected devices for water management) to Residential Apartments and Commercial buildings.
2. Meet prospective customers, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasize product features and benefits.
3. Generate Leads, attend pre-fixed meetings and network with existing customers to create a pipeline for sales.
4. Follow up after the presentation, prospect visits, negotiate pricing and ensure Closures
Ensure payment collections from existing and new customers.
5. Developing a comprehensive and aligned strategic monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan
identifying product improvements or new products as per current industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements :
1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
2. Willingness to travel extensively Intracity and sometimes Intercity.
3. Should have a sense of ownership to complete projects independently.
4. Good Time management and presentation skills.
5. Valid Driving License with own vehicle.
