Inside Sales Associate


- This role is very critical for delivering the overall revenue goals of the organization. We see the primary purpose of this role as delivering conversions from lead generated through online as well as offline sources.

1. Lead generation through cold calling/mails and passing on the lead to the managers for further closure.


2. Coordinate with the prospects and the frontend team to set up business meetings/calls

3. Establish effective communication (telecall sales pitches, emails, WhatsApp messages etc.) across multiple channels, which facilitates conversions.

4. Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead

5. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.

6. Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.

7. Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.

8. Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.

9. Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.

10. Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.

11. Attend periodic sales training where applicable.

12. Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
