Description :

- Ensuring and Increasing Sales from existing clients.

- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction by maintaining relations.

- Maintaining and Analysing complete customer data through Excel, Google sheets and other CRM software.

- Proactively communicating with declining and inactive clients to retain them.

- Guiding clients through the platform and solving their basic support queries

Requirements :

- Education: BE + MBA or BE with 1 year of experience in Sales

- Good Logical Aptitude

- Excellent Communication Skills and Email Etiquettes.

- Good at MS Excel

- Passion for Sales

- Typing Speed 30+

- Confident and Self-motivated
