Wakefit - Brand/Performance & Digital Marketing Role (2-3 yrs)
Job Description :
The job involves managing agencies/internal teams to ensure correct campaign execution and timely reporting of both brand and performance-traffic campaigns. Work involves:
- Campaign Briefing : Brief the Wakefit products, markets, creatives, and landing pages relevant to the campaign.
- Competition Analysis : Source competition data wherever possible.
- Monitor campaigns : weekly with the agency on spends, media performance, traffic performance, and search volume performance.
- Creative Management : Communicate creative and copy requirements to the Creative team and ensure that creative meets both product proposition and ad platform recommendations.
- Campaign Visibility Evaluation : Work with the media agency to ensure that Wakefit wins bids at targeted placements using levers of ad-products, bid value, audience/keyword/content targeting, and creative quality.
- Campaign Journalling and Benchmarking : Document key changes and approaches introduced, maintain a repository of ad product and creative learnings. Maintain media cost and performance benchmarks and creative benchmarks.
- Payments : Obtain required approvals and conduct spend checks before releasing payments on time.
- Marketing Upskilling : Dedicate part of office hours to upskill in areas required to build a career at Wakefit.
Mandatory Requirements :
- 2-3 years of Performance Marketing Experience.
- Implementation of Campaigns for Brand & Performance Goals on Google Ads,Meta,DV360 (Optional) and Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads (Optional)
- Implementation of Pixels & Tags on Website.
- Basic AdTech Knowledge on Programmatic Media Buying.
- Meta & Google Certifications are desirable.
- Report automation skills are desirable.
- SEO skills are desirable.
- Performance Marketing with Influencer experience desirable.
- Media agency background is a plus.
- Any Undergraduate Education.
