Key Responsibilities:
The person will be responsible to assist the organisations sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about market and competitor activity. The primary role and responsibilities of a Business Development Executive include:
- Identifying new sales leads
- Revenue generation
- Distributor management
- Pitching products and/or services
- Managing and retaining fruitful relationships with existing clients/customer
- Contacting new clients in new markets to expand the business
- Networking with related businesses and fostering B2B relationships
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
Qualifications:
- MBA would be preferable with bachelor's degree in commerce
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of direct work experience in sales
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- Must have good negotiation skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be detail oriented and an active listener
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
