W3villa Technologies - Executive/Manager - Business Development (0-5 yrs)
We are looking for- Business Development Executive - to generate the business through - online bidding marketplaces Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, PPH, Apfutura, Email marketing and digital marketing- in the field of Website, Software, Mobile application development services. 0-1 Year of experience in Mobile and Web Domain, which includes experience in International Business Development, Marketing and sales domain. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company sales, business development and retain potential clients.
Responsibilities :-
1. Answering client questions on live chat & E-mail.
2. Creating Proposal, documentation & analysis of client requirement.
3. Complete knowledge of all bidding domain like Upwork, freelancer, Guru, PPH etc.
4. Awareness of client chatting through all bidding marketplace.
5. Technical knowledge & presentation skill highly preferred.
6. Self-motivated, Leadership & motivational skill preferred.
7. Ability to take international client call over Skype and another required a medium.
8. Implement effective searching, requirement and clouser sales techniques.
9. Monitor ongoing project, client chatting & its response time.
Requirements :
To effectively perform the duties of an online bidder, individuals/ teams must be able to
demonstrate a number of competencies that are essential to the project closure, which includes:
- Responsible for Online Bidding on behalf of the company on Bidding Portals like Upwork, Guru, Appfutura, Peopleperhour, Freelancer etc.
- Mobile and Web-based Project handling skills which include understanding and analyzing of client's requirements, preparing project proposals by analyzing RFPs with assistance from the technical team.
- Creation and updating of Marketing/business collateral - presentations, brochures, emails for marketing campaigns and case studies in Mobile and Web Development Domain (techno-commercial analysis of website requirement and application requirement).
- Experienced in Client Account Management ensuring generation of repeat business from the client's end.
- Ability to gather business and technical requirements from both formal and informal
sessions with the client through NetMeeting and conference calls.
- Analyzing both qualitative & quantitative B2C & B2B market trends and create a suitable business road map based on this analysis.
- Excellent Client Communication Skills.
