1. Bid Management
1. End-to-end Management of bids
2. Identify tenders being floated and get to participate in the same
2. Lead Generation
1. Identify customer contacts, establish a connection, initial interactions, set up calls/meetings for sales managers
2. Calls & mailers to potential customersCalls & mailers to potential customers
3. Identify potential channel/SI partners
3. Information update and sharing
1. Market research & Competition analysis
2. Provide a daily report of leads generated, bids submitted, marketing efforts made.
3. Maintain data relative to leads, competitors and activities and document key information
4. Prepare any other reporting as needed
Skills Required
-Work experience in BD/Bid management/Sales Support (preferred)
- Good oral and written skills
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Good understanding of e-Surveillance, remote monitoring, etc. (Optional)
Qualifications Required :
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 1 to 2 years minimum in a Sales Support or Bid Management role
- Experience in working banks/NBFCs/Retail will be an added plus.
