Vuclip - Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing (1-3 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- User Acquisition:
- Accountable for driving user acquisition for browser products across platforms like Desktop & Mobile through strategic thought leadership and seamless execution via programmatic and other channels.
- Manage traffic acquisition campaigns by collaborating with various agencies, ad partners & other vendor partners.
- Relationship Management:
Working closely with various ad channels ensuring a healthy business with the partner while maintaining the brand name of Viu & Vuclip.
- Organizational:
Working closely with the Regional Business Tams to ensure consistency in set up, strategy and execution of Viu in new markets.
- Optimization & Workflow:
Tracking Acquisitions, Monitoring Engagement Data & Optimizing Campaigns by making necessary changes to the promotions plan to achieve requisite KPIs.
- Product launch & support:
Ensuring launch & execution in new markets across various ad channels & aligning with internal stakeholders for updates and feedback.
- Data Management:
Maintaining & utilizing data assets for periodic presentations from various tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude.
- Revenue Targets:
To ensure all the revenue targets are achieved while maintaining the profitability of the organisation.
- Performance:
Ensuring performance target of each campaign is met in terms of KPI and financials along with ensuring set up time, issues and other campaign metrics are maintained.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :
- 1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing and User Acquisition Experience with a focus on Display, Video, and Mobile Products.
- Experience in OTT sphere will be an added advantage.
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related Technical field; MBA is not mandatory but preferred.
- Strong technical competence and knowledge of digital marketing technology & platforms, including analytics with either demand or supply side platforms, networks, ad serving technology, and data management platforms.
- Demonstrated success taking products to market and achieving ambitious, quantifiable business objectives.
- Substantial experience working with broad cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams with ability to influence the opinions of internal stakeholders, executives, clients and partners to adopt new strategies and take action.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey technical & advanced concepts in precise & clearly understandable terms to a variety of audiences.
- Sound business judgment & commercial acumen.
- Strategic vision to predict new trends in digital marketing & implement sound strategies to capitalize on new business opportunities ahead of our competitors.
