Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of Google Adwords, YouTube ads, SEO, SEM, paid social media campaigns, and content creation. The role will involve managing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives, driving conversions, and leveraging data to support business growth. Immediate joiners based out of Bangalore are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content (meta tags, headings, images, URLs) to adhere to SEO best practices.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, and click-through rates using tools like SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Adwords campaigns to maximize ROI and drive conversions.
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad copy and landing pages.
- Utilize YouTube ads and other video platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Performance Marketing:
- Design, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Adwords, YouTube ads, and social media platforms to drive user acquisition and growth.
- Analyze performance data to refine strategies and deliver high conversion rates.
Social Media Marketing:
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks.
- Create and curate engaging content tailored for social media platforms to foster audience engagement.
- Monitor social media KPIs, suggest improvements, and optimize ad performance based on data.
Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
- Design optimized email templates, segment lists based on customer behavior, and track performance metrics.
- Use platforms such as MailChimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign for email automation and campaign optimization.
Content Marketing:
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and case studies adhering to SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to create multimedia content such as infographics, videos, and YouTube content to support overall digital marketing initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance across all digital channels.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, Google Adwords, and social media advertising.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on SEO, SEM, Google Adwords, YouTube ads, and paid campaigns.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
Skills:
- Performance marketing expertise, especially with Google Adwords and YouTube ads.
- Proficiency in data interpretation and performance analysis.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective advertising tools.
