Position Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads from data provided by the research team and setting up appointments further. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

- Generate qualified leads through effective data utilization, targeting the Australia and APAC regions.

- Utilize data provided by the DRA/internal DATA source to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to meet and exceed targets.

- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage with potential clients.

- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and ensure they meet the company's standards.

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the Business Development Manager to ensure a smooth handover.

- Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and outcomes in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation processes and strategies.

- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to optimize lead generation efforts.

Tools and Platforms :

- HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation.

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation.

- Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid).

- Social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter).

- Google Workspace for collaboration and communication.

- Lead generation and data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Apollo.io).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in lead generation or a similar role.

- Proven track record of successfully generating and qualifying leads.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools, specifically HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- High level of motivation, initiative, and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of the IT services industry and experience targeting the Australia and APAC regions is a plus.

- This role is more focused towards the Australian region and requires you to work as per Australian Time Zone which is a mandate.
