Job Summary :

Responsible for distribution and selling of Laptops, Desktops, Tabs, Mini-PCs, Scanners, Printers, and many more Peripherals and Accessories, Adequate knowledge of IT Hardware's and also the market knowledge of local markets. He must be experiences as a Sales Executive with the minimum of 1-2 years in the area of Marketing and Selling.

Responsibilities:

The role requires significant interaction with clients over the telephone. Tasks are varied and include :

- Recognize and advise the needs of the Clients and provide detailed information about the technical specifications of the IT Hardware products supplied by the company.

- Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads;

- Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades;

- Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets

- Managing workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals

- Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals.

- Negotiate commercial agreement and price for the sale.

- Provide technical support after merchandise is purchased.

- Construct sales pitches and presentations.

- Stay abreast of market trends.

- Serve as a customer service representative for customers who have questions or difficulties.
