Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the organization. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and partnerships.

- Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, email campaigns, and other methods.

Client Engagement:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Present company services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.

Market Analysis:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Provide feedback to the management team on client needs and market conditions.

Sales Strategy:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive business growth.

Follow-Up & Closing:

- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.

- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Reporting:

- Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance and market analysis.

- Track metrics and ensure progress towards sales goals.

Qualifications & Skills

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in IT services or related industries.

- Experience with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proactive and result-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
