- Interacting with assigned leads/clients to understand their property requirement in detail via Phone
- Fix up an Face to Face meeting for better understanding of client requirement and To advise suitable options
- Maintain and develop relationships with new & existing customers in person and via telephone calls ,chat and emails
- Lineup site inspection/visits for shortlisted/suitable options as advised on Face to Face meeting
- Maintain good relationship with Developer employees to ensure the client get the proper info like Features, Specifications, Pricing and Availability at the time of site visit
- Should have quality to engage and build strong relationship with customers from the enquiry to property registration
- Get updated about exciting & upcoming projects ,industry developments ,schemes ,govt. subsidies, housing loan benefits for home buyers
- Prepare and Maintain on Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports in the shared formats
- Achieving Sales targets and Adhere organization policies religiously
- Maintains quality service for clients and Developers by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Identify new projects/inventory to add on exciting inventory
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills, Qualification & Experience :
- Excellent Communication and Good Negotiation Skills
- Any Degree/Diploma
- Min. One year Sales/Marketing experience in any industry.
- Two wheeler is required
- Candidate should able to do field work
- Monday will be week off
- Salary is depends on interview performance and current CTC
- Apart from salary huge incentives will be there
