We are looking for a Performance Marketer with a strong B2B focus to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that generate high-quality leads aligned with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation : Focus on B2B lead generation through both paid and organic strategies to attract and convert Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

- Organic Growth Strategies : Develop innovative organic lead-generation strategies tailored specifically for SMB entrepreneurs, emphasizing long-term relationship building and engagement.

- Customer Profiling : Identify, refine, and target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to ensure campaigns resonate with high-value clients in the B2B space.

- A/B Testing & Segmentation : Run regular A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages while segmenting audiences to maximize ROI from targeted campaigns.

- Data-Driven Optimization : Use tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager to track performance, analyze campaign data, and optimize for conversion.

- Weekly Reporting : Deliver detailed weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations to refine strategies.

- Continuous Innovation : Stay up-to-date with B2B marketing trends, testing new approaches to improve lead quality and conversion rates while aligning with VRT's strategic objectives.

- B2B Ad Campaigns : Strategize, execute, and continuously optimize targeted ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and Instagram to generate quality leads from SMBs in the USA.

What We're Looking For :

- Proven experience in B2B performance marketing and lead generation targeting SMBs.

- Expertise in running ad campaigns across LinkedIn (a must), Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

- Strong skills in audience segmentation, ICP development, and targeting strategies for the B2B market.

- Ability to create and implement organic growth strategies for B2B lead generation.

- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other performance tracking software.

- A data-driven mindset with the ability to present campaign insights and recommendations effectively.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working in cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with the SMB market in the USA is a strong plus.
