Vrinsoft - Executive - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities :
- A strategy focused on Business Development activities
- Arranging Business Development meetings with potential clients
- Conduct research and identify new revenue/business sources
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc...
- Build long-term relationships with new customers
- Lead generation through bidding portal - Upwork
- Focus on repeat business while attracting new clients
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Target driven profile, must achieve personal and team targets
Qualification:
Experience 6 months To 2 Years
- Must have experience in IT Offshore sales and marketing.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Multi-tasking
- Must be a good team player
- Flexible in time manage international leads
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in software like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Writing reports
