The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Building the sales funnel by generating leads via necessary lead generation activities.
- Building a market fit product as required by the target market.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budgets and targets
- Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships
- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
- Ensuring proper use of database and tools to track performance.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitive analysis
- Conducting monthly sales reviews and quarterly business reviews with country sales team
- Driving monthly/quarterly sales objectives and providing sales forecasts
Ideal Candidate
Requirements :
- You have at least 8 years' experience leading the sales of an online B2C product.
- Experience leading multi-country or cross-border B2C product sales
- Strong understanding of Diaspora selling.
- Product marketing or growth marketing experience, preferably in a highly scaled company.
- Excellent analytical skills and competency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to think strategically and execute with a detail oriented mindset
