VP/DVP/AVP - Marketing - Real Estate Developer (7-11 yrs)
- Currently hiring for a leading Real Estate developer based out of Mumbai across segments within the marketing team (AVP/DVP & VP positions)
Job Role:
- Responsible for a Category for all the properties
- Drive the P&L for the brand/s alongside the thinking on brand planning, consumer initiatives, consumer insights & market intelligence, business model
- Manage the brand communication mix and handle the ATL/BTL promotional activities for the segment
- Handle appropriate media selection for advertising new product launch campaigns and budget management across the various geographies nationally and internationally.
- Lead the thinking on overall strategy, business model, consumer initiatives, brand planning, and budget management across the various geographies & categories.
Requirements:
- People from luxury or high end brand segments only
- Batches from 2005 -2010 premiere business schools only
- Looking for leadership roles both for pan India & category head. All roles would be based out of Mumbai.
