Job Title : VP/AVP/ International Sales Manager/ (Depending on Experience)

Reporting to : US Director/US Head

Target Market : US Market Primarily

Nature of Employment : Full Time/Remote/Individual Contributor Role.

Qualifications/Education : Any degree or related Professional Qualification.

Work Timings : 7.00 PM to 4 AM IST i.e. (Monday to Friday).

Purpose of the Role :


- To take forward the objective of providing staffing solutions to the US Healthcare corporate Clients by taking the edge of our comprehensive client identification management system devised and thereby ensuring a top-notch player in the staffing industry.

Duties and key Responsibilities :

1. Identify and Target Clients : Research, identify, and target potential clients in the healthcare industry. This includes hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

2. Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare corporates (mostly B2B) to understand their staffing needs, build trust, and secure partnerships.

3. Sales and Business Development : Present and promote the healthcare staffing organization's services to potential clients. This includes conducting sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals to secure long-term contracts.

4. Marketing Strategies : Develop and implement marketing strategies to capture a wider audience and generate leads. Develop promotional ideas and hitherto related material. Provide recommendations for future marketing activity.

5. Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors. Stay updated with industry developments and competitors' activities.

6. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to understand candidate requirements and align them with client needs. Work closely with recruiters to ensure seamless placement of healthcare professionals.

7. Client Relationship Management : Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns. Proactively anticipate client needs and provide solutions.

8. Tracking and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including client interactions, market trends, and revenue generated. Prepare regular reports for management.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :


- Experience of 8+ years is required.

- Proven experience in business development, preferably in healthcare staffing or a related industry.

- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including understanding of staffing and recruitment processes.

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools for sales and pipeline management.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, multitasking effectively.
