We are looking for an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and manage our presence across various online marketplace platforms.

Job Description:

Position Overview:


- The E-commerce Manager at Voylla Fashions will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels, including our e-commerce website and various online marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).


- This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners.


- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online sales, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e commerce website, ensuring optimal user experience, smooth transactions, and effective order fulfillment.

- Marketplace Platform Management: Manage listings on major online marketplaces, ensuring that all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search and sales performance.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners to ensure strategic collaborations, exclusive promotions, and favorable terms.

- Offers and Discounts: Develop and execute promotional strategies, including seasonal discounts, offers, and exclusive deals to drive sales growth across all online platforms.

- Budgeting and P&L Management: Prepare and manage budgets for online sales channels, ensuring cost-effective operations while maximizing ROI.

- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to drive data-driven decisions. Provide regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and marketplace dynamics.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance our online presence and performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and experience with online marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.

- Excellent relationship management skills with experience in dealing with multiple marketplace partners.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience in budgeting, P&L management, and financial forecasting for online sales channels.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
