Voylla Fashions - Franchise Business Manager (6-10 yrs)
Position Summary :
The Franchisee Business Managers will be part of the franchisee development team for franchisee expansion at the respective zone. The franchisee manager will be responsible for different location.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Presenting our Franchisee Business proposal to the potential franchisee.
2. Doing a profiling of the potential franchisee.
3. Evaluating the retail location for a potential store along with the franchisee for their existing location.
4. Identifying a new location.
5. Attending franchisee exhibitions in their region.
6. Expansion of the franchisee in their respective region.
7. Presenting and closing on a valuable business preposition.
Job specification :
Desired skills :
- Experience in handling franchisee.
- Sound knowledge of Business economics.
- Understanding of statistical analysis.
- Good Experience in Team handling.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Desired qualification & experience :
- 5 to 10 yrs in retail organization in franchisee business development and franchisee servicing.
