Job Overview :
- Experience in Market Research/ Lead Generation in global market for selling IT Managed Services and Software Development Services.
- Identify new potential customers as per defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and extensive market research & analysis and seize opportunities
- Lead generation by email marketing/ cold calling/ LinkedIn or by other market campaigns and needs to build up the sales process
- Contact prospects to qualify leads
- Personalise communication to leads (initials, segment, nurture, track, follow ups etc.)
- Setting up call appointments meetings with the IT decision makers
- Should understand prospects technology needs and customise email pitch accordingly
- Must be aggressive, adaptive to market challenges and deliver sales targets
- Familiar with current market and technology trends added advantage
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services and promote them
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ability to develop a good understanding of customer requirements and market dynamic
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client projects
- Participate in team meetings to discuss business strategy and updates on projects.
Personal Competencies:
- Excellent English written/ verbal communication and convincing skills required
- MBA/PGDM with 2-3 months internship experience.
- Enthusiastic, team player, self-starter and quality focused individual
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
