VoxTrail Software Solutions - Telecaller (0-2 yrs)
Job Purpose:
- To make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales of the branch and positively contribute to achieve sales targets.
Job Responsibility:
- Should be able to create database of leads in excel / in any lead tracking software provided by the company.
- Ability to give our product information on call, understand the requirements (if any) and convince them for a meeting and pass the lead to Sr. Manager.
- Co-ordinate, discuss and explain the requirement of potential client with Senior who will be attending the meeting scheduled.
- Daily / weekly / monthly calls and meeting reports on CRM.
- Strategies and devising new ways of approaching the client.
- Should have tendency to make follow up with prospect client's pre and post meeting till closure.
- Maximum number of appointments should be given to the sales executives.
- Being updated on new products and services.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should be an Enthusiastically Passionate about making a Career in TeleCalling & expecting Fast Growth.
- Experience in Generating Leads with Fluent communication & Team Player.
Soft skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Convincing Power.
Have high closure orientation.
Any Graduate.(Female Preferred)
Immediate Joiners preferred.
Day shift only.
