Voxomos - Manager - Sales (4-6 yrs)
About the Position :
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets. This is a quota-bearing position, where the Sales Manager will have specific revenue goals to meet or exceed. The successful candidate Should possess excellent leadership skills, a strong sales background, and a proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Create a strategic vision for sustainable revenue predictability and execute it across enterprise accounts
- Nurture prospective clients via a solution-based engagement approach
- Build, maintain, and nurture executive-level relationships in enterprise accounts
- Work with the Customer Success team to identify and eliminate challenges to our clients' retention and engagement
- Own the revenue goals for Voxomos' products and services
Reporting and Communication :
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.
- Communicate sales results, strategies, and challenges to the executive team.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to align sales efforts.
- Other duties as directed for the growth of the company
Qualifications and Experience :
- An MBA from a top-tier institution is required, with a B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred.
- 4-6 years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience, demonstrating a strong track record of consistently achieving targets.
- Proven experience in dealing with C-level executives in technology companies
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a deep understanding of a consultative sales approach
- Passion for technology
- Strong operational and analytical abilities
- Metric-driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders
- The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the C-suite executive level
- Strong presentation skills, both in person and via teleconference or videoconference
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, negotiate confidently, and have problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and creative approaches to attending to clients' needs
