Vouchagram - Performance Marketing Specialist (2-8 yrs)
Google Ads :
1. Manage PC profiles on Google Adwords, Yahoo, Bing, and other search sites if required.
2. Assist in the management and tracking of keywords bids, expenditure caps, and other primary account matrics.
3. Manage and retain keyword list updates.
4. Provide ideas for creative copywriting. Knowledge about SEO, display ads & PPC
5. Provide suggestions and incorporate techniques for keyword resources, marketing structuring, targeting network display, and other aspects of pay-per-click searching in conjunction with the client's objectives.
6. Support the development of new paid search ads, ad groups, and accounts and support the formation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
7. Track and compare search results and search success through primary search channels.
8. Taking actions to correct any problem, monitoring financial data, and Budget management.
9. Informing customers and visitors of needed information.
10. Dynamic Retargeting, DSA & Shopping Ads is a Must.
11. Weekly Review meetings with internal teams to discuss the performance report for Google ads.
Retention Marketing :
1. Must have experience working with CRM Channel (WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap)
2. Ownership of CRM Channel & Ownership of Customer Retention
3. Own planning & execution of various CRM channels (Email, Notification, SMS, WhatsApp, App Push, WebP, Web Personalisation etc.)
4. Weekly Discussion with POC of the CRM for Growth Campaigns.
5. Utilize customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improving customer retention rates.
7. Journey Automation using all Channels.
8. Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to inform retention strategies and tactics.
