Vouch - Business Development Executive (1-3 yrs)
Identify and develop new business through networking, courtesy and follow-up calls
Work directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services
Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads through cold calls, emails, social media and arrange meetings.
Educate customers on product offerings and services to improve their "on-line presence". Explain pricing and answer questions from customers building value in the customer relationship.
Follow up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact.
Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions via up sell of additional products and or services and obtain customer commitment and facilitates delivery of product.
Continued product education to better service customer calls
Maintains accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker.
