Job Responsibilities:
1. Execute telemarketing activities, including lead generation, appointment setting, surveys, and verification.
2. Master inbound and outbound calls, adeptly addressing both B2B and B2C clients.
3. Provide exceptional customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.
4. Excel independently to surpass performance targets.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an international call center environment.
2. Proficiency in the English language with outstanding communication skills.
3. Age limit below 40 years.
4. Proven track record in telemarketing and customer support.
5. Essential: Laptop and broadband connection for remote work.
