2. Navigate a diverse spectrum of inbound and outbound calls, catering to the unique needs of both B2B and B2C clients.
3. Deliver exceptional customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.
4. Independently strive to surpass performance targets, setting new benchmarks for excellence.
Requirements:
1. Accumulate a minimum of 3 years of experience in an international call center environment.
2. Showcase fluency in the English language with impeccable communication prowess.
3. Maintain an age limit below 40 years.
4. Prove your mettle with a track record in telemarketing and customer support.
