Voorent - Management Intern - Sales (0-2 yrs)
1. Sales & Business Development :
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers and partners.
- Support in managing the sales funnel from lead generation to closing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the furniture rental and refurbished market.
- Develop sales pitches and proposals to engage with potential B2C and B2B clients.
2. Customer Relationship Management :
- Help in nurturing existing client relationships and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in handling inquiries and following up with potential customers.
3. Operations Support :
- Work closely with the operations team to coordinate customer deliveries, installations, and maintenance.
- Monitor inventory levels and help streamline logistics.
4. Marketing Collaboration :
- Coordinate with the marketing team to run promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences to improve marketing strategies.
5. Data & Reporting :
- Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and other KPIs.
- Analyze customer data and generate insights to help optimize sales strategies.
