1. Sales and Customer Acquisition :

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of Voorent's rental services.

2. Sales Strategy and Planning :

- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

3. Customer Relationship Management :

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the rental process.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

4. Reporting and Documentation :

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

5. Collaboration and Teamwork :

- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
