Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Customer Technical Support role located in Goregaon, Mumbai. The Customer Technical Support will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical support to clients, resolving issues, and enhancing their experience with the CLM software on-cloud platform.
Qualifications:

- 1-2 years experienced only
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
- Analytical Skills
- Experience in technical support roles
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Knowledge of Contract LifeCycle Management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
