Volibits - Sales Role (8-10 yrs)
Total 8 to 10 years in sales of MV Drives & MV/HV motors, Systems for industrial applications.
Education - B.Tech /BE - Electrical (Preferred) or Mechanical with relevant experience.
Willing to travel frequently and work from any location in India
Job Responsibilities :
- Primary responsibility for Sales of Motors, Drives and Electrical Systems for UP & Delhi NCR market.
- Identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements & providing product, technical and
engineering information, gaining customer acceptance/approval by explaining or demonstrating value
proposition and operational improvements for their processes
- Receive RFQ, understand Technical and Commercial requirements, and make technical & commercial proposals clearly highlighting deviations using IQS motor sizing & application engineering tool
- Participate in /conducting customer seminars and to make technical presentations.
- Participate in pre-bid technical and commercial discussions, negotiations and receive clear Purchase Orders from clients.
- Coordinate with Product Management/Application Engineering team and factories to make ordering data sheets.
- Support the Order handling team to make arrangements to receive and deliver manufactured equipment to buyer, manage interaction with customer for acceptance, dispatches, follow-up for payments etc. as part of project execution process.
- Market research & information gathering regarding markets, technologies, updates, trends, competitors, customers, products, etc.
- Use of Sales & CRM tools for capturing leads & Enquiries.
- Estimation, Forecasting and reporting monthly, semesterly & Annual order/sales plans with proper opportunity pipeline management in India CRM tool.
- Regular visits to the customer places to develop new customers and maintain existing customers - meet with the key customer persons, develop & maintain good business relationship, and create preference for Company's products & solutions.
