VoingTech - Executive - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities are as follows :
1. Familiarize yourself with all the services offered by our company.
2. Procuring new clients through multiple lead platforms provided by the company.
3. Able to articulate custom pitches for emails, calls, and Text.
4. Hands-on experience with Cold Calls and Emails.
5. Able to frame custom bids on platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn.
6. Hands-on experience with Proposal Writing.
7. Get interested prospects on an introduction/Discovery call.
8. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing new clients/prospects to ensure that they are retained.
9. Do initial handholding and work with a Sales manager for closing business.
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets :
1. 2 to 5 years of experience in the USA market.
2. Bachelor's degree (BE, B.Tech, BCA, Computer science) OR equivalent experience.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Hands-on experience with inbound lead channels like Bark, Thumbtack, Upwork, and LinkedIn.
5. Best In Time management & Self-disciplined.
6. Technical sales background (IT services, SaaS, product engineering).
7. Ability to meet sales goals by monitoring progress.
8. Presentation and analytical skills.
