Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the sales and business development efforts of the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales acumen, and a passion for driving business growth.

Responsibilities :

- Assist in identifying and researching potential business opportunities and target markets.

- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.

- Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related role is preferred.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel as required.
