Urgent Opening for Customer Care -Voice Support Executive @ Ecommerce Company (WFH)
Qualification: HSC Any | Graduate
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
Should be familiar with social media and internet surfing.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Candidate needs to handle social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc
2. Must have prior knowledge of Handling Social Media Account for any E-commerce Co.
3. Need to handle email and inbound queries via Calls, Email & Chat
4. eCommerce customer services (Voice)| International Voice Experienced candidates can apply for this job
5. Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.
6. Cancel or upgrade order details.
7. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Salary : 23 k Net -25 k Net + PF + Other Benefits + Attractive Incentives
Preferable from an eCommerce industry background OR International BPO Voice Support
