Voice Support Professional - BPO (0-2 yrs)

Experience: Freshers or Experienced
Age: Above 18 Years
Qualification: 10 th / PUC (Intermediate/+2) / Graduate / PG of any stream.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English or Hindi a must. Any other vernacular language like Kannada/Gujarati/Marathi is an added advantage.
Job Description:
1) Outbound calling to customers to resolve their queries which are posted on the organizations website.
2) Meeting targets set by the company
3) Providing high standards of support to the customers
4) Free Food is provided.
5) General Shift: 9:30 to 6 PM.
6) Training is provided.
