Job Description:
1. Drive Customer First agenda (Focus on unmatched Customer Experience)
- Execute strategy on - Customer journey, Power Selling and Customer convenience
- Deliver unmatched customer experience through People & process actions
- Champion NPS of the store by generating recommendation and reducing detractors
2. Deliver 100% of the store budget by focusing across all priorities
- Managing and enhancing store profitability
- Maximize revenue across Product lines with right quality
- Acquiring customers by focussing on right segment and right product mix
3. Build strong fundamentals in store operations to deliver sustainable growth through Productivity Index across priorities
- Build Performance culture to deliver right productivity benchmarks across priorities
- Cost reduction of sub-optimal lines including Housekeeping /Security/ Additional manpower
- 100% manning against the budgeted manpower
- Comply with all audit requirements & also ensuring ZERO Cash Variance
- Maintaining all other necessary compliances and adherences
4. Build marketing effectiveness and deliver on People agenda
- Ensure all Retail campaign marketing elements are deployed effectively as per plan without exceptions and customer flow & engagement is in line with prescribed journeys
- Deployment and Administration of Incentive Programs for all team members
