Vodafone Idea - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Franchisee Lead - Retail Vertical (3-10 yrs)
- Achieve sales target for all products (Voice-Postpaid/ prepaid, data, VAS, handsets etc.) across Vodafone Idea Franchisee in a zone
- Ensure and monitor the quality of acquisition through Vodafone Idea Franchisees
- Ensure availability of stock at VodafoneIdeaFranchisees while adhering to norms
- Deliver overall revenue targets through channel partners
- Achieve a total target for up-selling and cross-selling
- Achieve profitability targets for all Franchisees in a zone
- Manage churn and customer satisfaction for walk-in customers at Franchisees
- Work with marketing team to execute branding and promotion activities at Vodafone Idea Franchisees
- Resolve Franchisee's specific issues within specific timelines
- Keep channel partner motivation levels high through regular reviews of performance
Experience :
- Graduate
- P&L management skills
- Understanding of store management and customer relationship management
- Leadership & people management skills
- 2-4 years experience in Retail
