Job description:
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Sales/Business Development Executive with passion and enthusiasm. You will be a self-starter who gets stuff done and has fun doing it. This is a fundamental role within the marketing team which helps drive our business. We have generous incentive structure to reward efforts and results.
Preference would be given to the candidate having the previous experience in Digital Marketing agency.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Sales of Digital marketing products and services.
- Lead generation.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arranging and closing business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven working experience as a business development/Sales for a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
