ROLE: FULL TIME

JOB RESPONSIBILITY : 

- Proactively reach out to educational institutes, colleges and build complementary partnerships. Build relationships at management level between organizations and Vnurture.

- Should be an effective communicator with all levels of audience (student or management) and be able to put forward ideas clearly. Proficiency in English & Hindi is desired (Gujarati

- Overall budgeting for opportunities and reporting to management.

- Can handle walk-ins & telephonic inquiries efficiently, understand their requirements and suggest how best Vnurture can help them to grow in their respective careers.

- Should be able to take care of administration & functioning of a branch independently

- Preference for candidates who have work experience in any educational institute

- Manage and arrange Company HR and Project Manager Meet ups / Tie-ups

- Have awareness of digital marketing tools and techniques (Social Media Marketing - LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google Ads, Sulekha, JustDial, SMS Marketing)

- Design and send promotional offers and new batch details. Manage and Organize Seminars using company experts. Get engaged with Course design/duration as per industry needs

- Keep the high morale and motivation among trainees and trainers

- For suitable candidates, this role will evolve in to BD for Software development and IOT (Internet of Things) domain. You will be provided proper mentorship and relevant industry exposure.

EDICATION AND EXPERIENE REQUIREENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar is preferred but not mandatory. Degree with MBA-Marketing or Communication with IT/Software exposure/experience should also apply.

- Ideally 2-3 years of experience in IT/Marketing/BD field is desired, but freshers with a deep passion for this role can apply.
