- Providing support of trading platforms used in stock market
- Resolving queries of the clients over Phone, Chat and Email
- Field incoming requests
- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction
- Be a central point of contact

- Should be a Team player.
- Should have good communication & interpersonal skills
- Should be customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile to deliver an exceptional service.
- Should have quality focus, problem-solving, and resolving conflicts, analyze information and multi-tasking skills.
