VMC Technologies - Key Account Manager (2-4 yrs)
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leader's
- Generating corporate leads enquiries via cold calling and setting up meetings, walk-in, via accessing previous lead data.
- Retain existing clients by presenting new solutions and services
- Selling IVRS/Cloud telephony solutions to customers after assessing business requirements.
- Achieving sales targets through new customer acquisitions
- Identifying right prospects, cold calling, persuading customers for solutions, negotiation & closing the prospect.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs by using knowledge of the market and competitors. Identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
- Preparing MIS reports, daily reports & reviews.
- Network with customers & CRM companies for brand building & selling collaboratively.
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services and to be the reliable point of contact for each client that is required to establish a strong business relationship
- Developed strong working relationships with internal team and clients
The candidate should be well connected in the telephony/media/digital industry & must have good rapport with the Marketing / Brand Managers in various companies and should have experience in business development from corporate sales.
