VKS Hytech - Manager - Performance Marketing (3-9 yrs)
VKS Hytech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced Performance Manager to drive performance optimization and manage key metrics for online sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance management, ROI, and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize performance metrics with a focus on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Lead performance improvement strategies for sales and online lead generation
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI
- Make data-driven decisions to improve marketing and sales outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Key Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance management
- Strong experience in ROAS and ROI analysis
- Proven exposure in the sales field, particularly in driving online lead generation
- Strong decision-making and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SMM, PPC, and Social Media campaigns
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role
