Relationship Officer - SME Loans
Duties & Functional Responsibility :
- To handle sales responsibility in defined territory / area
- To source clients for SME Loans products and to increase business volumes.
- To maintain a healthy pipeline through tele-calling / direct visit.
- To schedule meetings with prospective clients & to understand their requirements in order to recommend the most suitable loan option for the clients- specific need.
- To handle complete documentation including pickup up documents from clients, checking the documents, filling forms, etc.
- To maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- To maintaining complete MIS and report daily to supervisor
Profile :
- Strong convincing skills

- Good oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn new products and processes
- Ability to manage performance under stringent timelines
Qualifications :
- Graduate (Commerce stream would be an added advantage)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales role, preferably in MSME Loans
