Vivan Group - Manager - Sales (2-5 yrs)
Sales Manager
Responsibilities :
- Monitoring the sales manager's /team on day to day sales activities -- getting updates from sales managers on team's performance & Corporate presentations, follow up calls, site visits, prospects, closures & Reports
- Daily/weekly/monthly Reports to GM on team's performance/Improvement areas/key client issues
- Sales Calls to key prospective home buyers
- Corporate Presentations for key accounts for enhancing Sale
- To participate in Exhibitions / Trade shows / Events of the region
- P.R & relationship building with GSA's / CP's and generate Leads
- To handle & drive multiple sales verticals in multiple cities
- Collections drive through collections manager till Agreement signing stage & collective support of the region
- To ensure Generation of Daily MIS & update leads received and entered in ERP
- Trouble shooting and customer care
- Generation of prospective clients and referrals
- Database development using ERP
- Achievement of monthly and Quarterly sales Targets
- To conduct daily/weekly/monthly sales meetings
- To identify needs & to facilitate training programs for the team
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- MBA degree will be advantage
- Minimum 2.5 Years of experience is required
- Exceptional Verbal and presentation abilities
