Viva Composite Panel - Sales Coordinator (2-4 yrs)
- Sales support: assist the sales team by preparing sales documents, quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Order Processing: Manage and process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Follow up with customers regarding their order status.
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing product information and addressing any concerns.
- Sales Reports: Generate and maintain sales reports, tracking sales performance, KPIs, and targets. Provide regular updates to the sales manager.
- Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels for sales orders.
- CRM Management: Maintain customer data, sales leads, and account information in the CRM system. Ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with organizing sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Cross-department communication: coordinate between sales, marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any order or delivery issues.
- Sales Targets: Help monitor the teams sales targets and provide administrative support to meet goals and objectives.
