Roles & Responsibilities :
- Outbound Sales Calls : Conduct outbound calls to prospective international clients to generate sales and drive revenue growth.
- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads and maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database.
- Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations over the phone.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Sales Reporting : Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to the manager.
- Follow-up : Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure timely closure of sales and address any customer concerns or queries.
