About the Role :

We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join our team as ASM/BDM. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the building materials sector to drive sales and expand our market presence. Your primary focus will be on engaging with key stakeholders, including architects, developers, contractors, facade consultants, and fabricators.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, facade consultants, and fabricators.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the building materials sector.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in sales or business development within the building materials industry, specifically with metal composite panels, glass, laminates, or ply.

- Strong network and established relationships with key industry stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
