Vitromed Healthcare - Manager - Business Development - Third party/Contract Manufacturing Business (4-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling existing customers
- Having a care for customer attitude to help existing customers & ensure timely delivery of their products.
- Bring more products from existing customers for contract manufacturing.
Offer them newer products from our basket & build a bigger portfolio. For that one should have a good understanding of Ayurvedic segment & a very good product knowledge is pre-requisite
- Should be able to tour regularly & visit all customers on regular intervals.
- Meeting monthly sales targets & achieving assigned sales targets.
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuit.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
- Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up to date with latest medical data.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in third party manufacturing/Contract manufacturing sales.
- Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and latest medical issues
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in business development.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
